The Express Eventing took place today at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium and saw Oliver Townend lift the first prize with his grey Flint Curtis – netting him the winners prize money of £100,000!

The London International Horse Show at Olympia is a famous tradition around Christmas time in the UK, with a host of equestrian event spectaculars. This years show runs from the 16th – 22nd of December.
The show inlcudes a round of the FEI Rolex World Cup Showjumping Qualifier, plus a host of other events and exibitions.

Viewed, trained by Bart Cummings and ridden by Blake Shinn has won the 2008 Melbourne Cup, just edgeing out Bauer. It’s an incredible achievement for Cummings, who now has 12 cups to his name. Enjoy this video replay o the 2008 Melbourne Cup to the left.

The spring carnival just keeps providing great racing and suprises, no more so than Rebel Raider and jockey Clare Lindrop winning this years Victoria Derby.  It was a fantastic ride by Clare, and will surely make the guys a little more aware in the future. Check out the race video.

 
Katie Price is a glamour model known as Jordan. She was refused entry to the Cartier International Polo Event this summer, even though she had reserved a £5000 table.
