2008 Adelaide International Day Event – 14th to 16th November

After a year off due to the Equine Influenza outbreak, the Adelaide International 3 Day Event is back bigger than ever from the 14th to 16th of November.

As usual there will be host of equestrian stars, including the members of the successful silver medal winning Olympic Eventing team from Beijing, plus international riders from around the world.

The schedule of Events are as follows:

Wednesday 12th November 7–8.30pm

Riders Welcome Cocktail Function – VIP Marquee Rymill Park

Thursday 13th November 10am

Riders Briefing VIP Marquee Rymill Park

Thursday 13th November 3pm

Trot Up: First inspection of horses – Victoria Park

Friday 14th November 9am–5pm

Haigh’s Dancing with the Stars Dressage Day

Bates CIC** (Two Star) – Rymill Park, main arena am

Equestrian Australia CCI**** (Four Star) – Rymill Park, main arena pm

Bates CCI** (Two Star) – CBC middle oval all day

Friday 14th Nov Times to be announced during the day

Twilight Course walks with the Stars

Walk the cross country with Olympic medallists – Gold coin donation / free for Pony Clubs

Saturday 15th Nov 8.30am

Morning course walks with the Stars

  1. This is always an enjoyable event, goes on for a while but is quite interesting to watch (good fun for the horses).

    There are rumours that the event may even be cancelled so no news of a date yet.
